Distilled Water:
Is filtered and purified with no minerals or contaminants left behind making it ideal for use in skincare products. Enhances the absorption and effectiveness of active ingredients, minimizes the risk of skin irritation and allergic reactions, provides a hydrating and refreshing effect, leaves the skin feeling soft and supple.

If you have sensitive or very dry skin or just would like to further dilute the essential oil spray, you can use a carrier oil one of these ways:
- Pour some carrier oil into your hand (or a small container) and spray in the essential oil spray. Rub hands together and apply to exposed skin avoiding face/eyes/mouth.
- Apply carrier oil to all exposed skin (as you would a lotion) then spray Buzz-Off onto exposed areas and rub in.
Best carrier oils:
- Fractionated/MCT Coconut oil (not virgin Coconut Oil)
Antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-fungal, less likely to clog pores, versatile, odorless, lightweight, quick-absorbing, no residue.
- Jojoba oil
Antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-aging, non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, retains moisture, reduces sunburn signs, fades fine lines and wrinkles, speeds cell regeneration and wound healing, controls sebum production. Lightweight, non-greasy, no residue.

I have been making my own flour on and off for many years since 2011 and have received great interest. I am working on how to package/offer/ship if possible.
Not sure if I will be able to do this one,
but I'm looking into it.
It is an organic all-purpose whole grain, sprouted flour with 7 grains and flax. It can be used half and half with regular flour in all your favorite recipes or used 100% for an even healthier option with a greater taste/texture difference in your recipes. Sprouted grains have wonderful health benefits and your body processes it more like a vegetable (plant) instead of a starch.
