I have been making my own flour on and off for many years since 2011 and have received great interest. I am looking into how to do this one. It is an organic all-purpose whole grain, sprouted flour with 7 grains and flax. It can be used half and half with regular flour in all your favorite recipes or used 100% for an even healthier option with a greater taste/texture difference in your recipes. Sprouted grains have wonderful health benefits and your body processes it more like a vegetable (plant) instead of a starch.
